We offer to our owners a complete rental management program.
We take care of everything -- advertising, reservations, cleaning, maintenance, and supply all personal necessities. Our rental commission is 30% and the owner pays for the cleaning. We advertise on a weekly basis,12 months a year in at least five metropolitan areas. Our staff is friendly and efficient. Our rental program has experienced outstanding success and is operated for the benefit of our owners. Because of Deerfield's professionalism, Deerfield Village Resort has experienced a growth in rentals unequaled by any management company.
Our program allows owners to schedule personal rentals on their own that do not conflict with our program. This can supplement rental income in addition to our program.
